What is the minimum I need to order from you?

We have no minimum order quantity, but we do have a minimum charge of $8.00 on all orders.
 

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

Yes, we offer volume discounts on many of our services. Please contact us for more information.
 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We can accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Checks, and of course Cash.
 

What does “digitizing” my logo mean?

Digitizing is when your logo or image is converted into a format that is readable by an embroidery machine. Please visit our digitizing section for a more detailed explanation of the process.
 

What fees are involved to have an image digitized?

We charge a one time flat rate fee of $35.00 for any image to be digitized.
 

Can I supply my own garment or item for embroidery, rhinestone art, or heat press vinyl?

We can use your provided garment or item, but we are not liable for any defects or damage to the garment or item. You accept All liability by providing your own garment or item. If you are providing your own garment or item, please review the following checklist to help avoid any complications with your order.

Pre-wash any garments prior to dropping them off to help prevent shrinkage.

Thoroughly inspect your garment or item for any prior defects.

If you have any concerns, please contact us prior to the work being done.

 

What types of items can you embroider, rhinestone, and heat press vinyl on?

We have embroidery machines and heat presses that allow us to preform our services on many different items. We can do everything from shirts, jackets, shorts, slacks, caps, bags, purses, key chains and everything in between. Please contact us for information on all the items we can do.
 

Do you stock blanks that embroidery, rhinestone, and heat press vinyl can be applied to?

Yes. Please check out our Products section to view our selection. We are always updating it with new items.
 

What are “blanks”?

Blanks refer to blank apparel and other items that can have embroidery, rhinestones, or vinyl applied to them.
 

Can you combine embroidery, rhinestones, or heat press vinyl on a garment or item?

Absolutely. We can custom design just about anything you can imagine. Contact us with your idea and we will try to make it a reality.
 

How do I take care of my new rhinestone or heat press vinyl garment?

What are your shipping options?

We currently ship with USPS and FedEx.
 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once payment is received and any digitized logos are approved, your order will be started. Orders with 12 items or less can usually be completed within 72 hours. Larger orders can take up to 7-10 days. These time frames can vary depending on our current workload, so please contact us prior to ordering.
 

What if I need my order sooner?

We can have you order ready in as little as 24 hours for in stock items at no additional cost to you. Circumstances can vary with each order, so please contact us prior if you need something sooner than our normal delivery schedule.
 

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required by law to collect sales tax on all purchases made in Ohio. If you are a tax exempt organization, you will need to fill out the following  Blank Exemption Form and fax it back to us at 513-528-3305.
 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of embroidery, rhinestone art and heat transfers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a clear manufacturers or decoration defect. Garments with any spelling errors made by the customer will not be accepted for return or exchange. All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
