What is digitizing?
Embroidery digitizing is the process of turning a drawing, photo, logo or art work into a format that an embroidery machine will understand. It is the placement of stitches to create a detailed logo that looks just as great in stitch form as it does on paper. This is accomplished with the use of embroidery digitizing software and a very skillful digitizing artist that can interpret that particular design.
Flat Rate Digitizing Pricing
Most embroidery services price digitizing based on a stitch count scale where the more stitches, the higher the cost. Others offer “free” digitizing, but then inflate costs in other areas to cover the digitizing cost. We have one low flat rate, so there are no hidden costs.
One Time Flat rate: $35 per design*
Digitizing includes one sample sew-out and/or digital sew-out image.
Extra sew-out $15.00 each
* Images can be uploaded on our quote form

Approval of Logos
After your design has digitized, you will receive a design approval form with your sew-out. We need a written approval of your logo before we begin stitching your garment.
